Some of you may know that my grandmother is a breast cancer survivor and she has been in remission for 6 1/2 years.

Mom went through it twice. It was devastating to her. One of the few things I actively do fund-raisers for.
I saw that, it made me cry..
I have lost friends to both breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
Right now my State Senator and friend,
plus my hubba's cousin are in treatment for ovarian cancer, His sister also died from it.
Nasty disease and if ti affected
men I suspect there would be more research.
My main charity is the cancer relay for life that we hold in our community every year.
Bald is beautiful!!! good for her.
I hadn't seen that. It was brave indeed. I'm sure the support she got from it lifted her up.
(But did she have to wear such an ugly dress?)
