And here he is!
Hello, Luke! My cousin's adorable baby boy... Technically, I think he would be my second cousin? Help me with the vocab, here, people...cute, cute, CUTE! I think in a former life he may have been a button.
I believe that the child of your first cousin is your first cousin once removed. If you had children, (perish the thought!) then your kids would be second cousins to your cousin's kid.
