Winnie the Pooh and mental disorders

This came from a friend of one of the volunteers at my work. Mind you, this person has a mental illness himself, so we're all just making fun of ourselves.

Pooh Bear: Eating Disorder ("I wonder if there is any honey left in that pot?")

Piglet: Social Anxiety Disorder (Wouldn't you have trouble being social, if you were simultaneously worried about being made into breakfast?)

Tigger: ADHD (Bouncy, trouncy, fun fun fun fun FUN! Doesn't that explain it all?)

Rabbit: OCD (Sorry to say, out of all of these characters, I am most like Rabbit. What does that say about me?)

Owl: Dyslexia (Because there are so many other owls that can read, you know.)

Eeyore: Depression (You'd be depressed too, if that little black cloud followed you everywhere.)

Kanga and Roo: Dissociative Personality Disorder (I'm still trying to figure this one out.)

Christopher Robin: Schizophrenia

I asked the volunteer, "Why did he say that Christopher Robin has schizophrenia? He's the only normal one."

She replied, "Probably because he's seeing all of these animals that talk to him."

Ha! This is great!! I'm most like Christopher Robin...I talk FOR my animals in different voices and make up stories about what they do while we're not home...have poker parties, surf the net, etc. (I know, I need serious help, chica! lol)

OCD people are the bestest to play pranks on.

I think Pooh's real disorder is eternal optimism. Even when stuck in a rabbit hole he just saw an opportunity for free honey...

Why is it Winnie the Pooh has become so over-analyzed? It's just a story some guy wrote because his kid wanted a pet bear.

LOL!

This is hilarious.

My version of Winnie the Pooh is more pedophilic and revolves around Winnie touching his honey tree WAY too much.

Oh we're all a little schizo aren't we? My children could tell you some stories about the crazy mom that raised them.

Tigger was the on line name used by the weirdo my sons ex wife met and ran off with leaving behind her 3 kids.
Would have ruined the whole series for me if it hadn't been the best thing ever to happen to him.. :0

Reading that list just proves that we all a bit nuts. :D

Ily: No kidding chica! I kid you not - we do the same thing - swearing that Earl Grey plays poker and makes Lucky chauffeur him in the neighbor's Smart car.
A: Thanks :)
LGS: Oh dear is right!
Lynn: Mine, too.
G: Uh-oh.
Darth: LOL! So true. Either that, or it's because he is a bear of very little brain.
WIGSF: Ask that question of the guy who wrote "The Tao of Pooh."
LDML: How did I know you'd say something like that?
GA: Tell me more!
GT: Oh my! She wasn't so bouncy trouncy fun?
Joey: You had doubts before reading the list? :)

That is damn funny. I sympathize with Christopher Robin. I don't live anywhere near nature anymore and still most days I swear I'm surrounded by talking animals.
