And you thought your day was strange

From a colleague's text today:

"Crazy day. Dog bit one of the volunteers and Dave refused to go anywhere with pants on."

Dave is another volunteer.

Don't you wish you worked in mental health advocacy?

LOL...great pic. I honestly am glad I don't work in mental health. I'm content where I am. :)

I guess I work in mental health since animal bites and no pants are always themes around here.

This sparked a memory of my former attorney boss, who was afraid of dogs and then her friend's dog singled her out in a crowd and bit her, which tore her pants! And she said, "And they were my favorite capri pants." I have a problem with uncontrolled laughter and laughed. Maybe that's why I don't work there anymore. :)

Just so long as Dave isn't the dog. Dogs hate pants.

I may need some advice from a friend!

Thankfully,

I'm glad I wear pants. In fact, I wear them on a semi-daily basis.

There's nothing unusual about that text, chica...just another day in Paradise. ;) Love it, btw!!

Must be from the country, 'cause the city folks wouldn't have a problem in walking around town sans pants.

Thank god I sit at a desk all day. No on notices when I am sans pants.

what are these pants of which you speak? One day all shall wear sarongs and then none must wear those confining, constricting, chafing pantaloons

LOL @ everyone! And no, Dave is not the dog.

I like the word pantaloons. Slacks is my 2nd favorite word to say...

Mike: I totally said "slacks" growing up until about jr. high.
GT: Hahaha! Maybe I should have done that before I got married ;)
